Al encender la PC sólo quedan encendidos los ventiladores

Una duda, ¿que pasa si actualizo la BIOS con un archivo .exe que según es para windows 7 si yo ahora tengo windows 10?
(Aunque el equipo venía con windows 7 de fábrica.)
Te pregunto eso porque fui a HP.com y sólo hay actualizaciones de BIOS para el modelo de mi PC con las opciones de Windows XP, 7, 8 y 8.1, pero yo tengo windows 10 y no hay para Windows 10.

Olvidate de eso. el problema es que "no save"cuando haces los cambios.aqui esta el porque..

FACT:Problem appears on HP Compaq Elite 8300 Desktop PC Family when entering BIOS setup via AMT+SOL from various AMT consoles. Intel AMT LMS_SOL/SOL driver and ME driver are not related to the issue, as it appears in BIOS setup, before Operating System startup.
Questions/Symptoms
SYMPTOM:As SOL implementation uses ANSI terminal – Function keys are mapped to ESC+number (eg F10=ESC+0). By default ESC+0 sequence functions as F10 (save) – if single ESC code is used, not followed by 0 code, it is interpreted as ESC (exit current menu). This exits menu/parameter list without saving the change. Remote F10 (save) is interpreted as ESC (exit without saving).
Cause
CAUSE:Options within each window are using F10 to accept and ESC to cancel. F10 exits the window when SOL is used. The hotkey sequence ESC+0 (For F10 over SOL) also exits the window since it overlaps with ESC for exit.
Answer/Solution
FIX:To resolve this issue administrator needs to set Special Key Translation to "Intel [ESC+0]" in the Intel Commander Tool. Setting special key translation to alternate resolves issue and allows to save changes made remotely.

para save ,tienes que usar ESC+0 escape mas cero para save.
